GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

TONE-UP, the original BAREFOOT BARRE program, is an ever-evolving synthesis of all the best fitness programs out there. Developed by owner, Suesan Lazarus Pawlitski in 1987, this anaerobic strength-training system combines physiologically sound and effective exercises based on ballet warm-ups, core exercises, Pilates principles and weight training. Open to all levels including BEGINNERS. Bare feet recommended.

    TONE-UP CIRCUIT


    Combo of Tone-Up & and SEMI PERSONAL TRAINING (SPT) techniques. Use of other workout equipment in a circuit mode for more muscle building.  

    TONE-UP PLUS

    1 hour and 10 minutes of Tone-Up amped up a notch for the Saturday morning group! Use of step platforms and 10 minutes more or workout fun! Shoes recommended.

    BAREFOOT CARDIO&CORE

    Without shoes, this workout will stimulate and challenge your entire body from the feet up. This 45 minute class will get your heart pumping, body moving, and balance challenged!
